Shipping policy

Everything here is printed to order, one at a time, at the printing facility nearest to you. Nothing ships the same day, because nothing exists yet.

Timing. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days. Transit after that is usually 3 to 8 business days within the United States and 7 to 21 business days everywhere else. Holidays, weather and customs can add to that. You will get an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Cost. Cost. United States: Economy from $4.90, free on orders of $50 or more; a faster Standard option is offered at checkout. Everywhere else: the carrier rate shown at checkout for your address.

Duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by your country when they arrive. Those are set by your government, not by us, and they are yours to pay. Where we can, we print in your region so the parcel does not cross a border.

Wrong address. We ship to the address you give us. If it is incomplete or wrong, write to dickfrunkis@gmail.com immediately; we can correct it until the order is handed to the carrier. A parcel returned to the facility because the address was wrong can be resent at the cost of postage.

Lost or damaged in transit. If tracking stops moving for more than 10 days past the estimate, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to dickfrunkis@gmail.com and we will reprint and resend it or refund you. See the refund policy.
