Refund policy

Everything in this shop is printed when you order it. There is no shelf, so there is nothing to send back to, and we do not take returns or exchanges on orders that arrived as ordered. Check the size table on the product page before you buy; the inches are real.

If something is wrong. If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item or size from what you ordered, or never arrives at all, write to dickfrunkis@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date, for a lost parcel) with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will reprint it and send it again at no cost, or refund you in full to the original payment method, your choice. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more to show it.

Do not post anything back unless we ask you to. If we do, the address is 1942 NW Pettygrove St, Apt 1, Portland OR 97209, United States, and we cover the postage.

European Union and United Kingdom. If your order is shipped to the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To use it, write to dickfrunkis@gmail.com within those 14 days; the item must be unworn and unwashed, and return postage is yours unless the item was faulty. The refund is issued within 14 days of the item reaching us.

Cancellations. Orders go to print quickly. If you need to change or cancel one, write to dickfrunkis@gmail.com as soon as you can and we will stop it if it has not been printed yet.
